Cryogenic Technology

Progreso Chrysalis modules are outfitted with medical grade freezer modules and double redundancy temperature control systems.

 

The integrated medical grade freezer units provide temperature control to as low as -130degC, whilst the integrated zonal temperature control system maintains the internal ambient temerature of the module at less than +10degC.

 

Temperatures can be maintained continuously, thanks to integrated power generation and optional connection of external backup power supply.

Modular Design

Progreso Chrysalis modules are designed to facilitate fast and efficient transportation of COVID-19 vaccines.

 

The internal medical grade freezers have been integrated to a cartridge system, enabling rapid exchange with pre-stocked units.

 

The modules themselves are also road haulable with standard infrastructure, allowing an empty module to be replaced in its entirety with a fully stocked module, with the empty returned to the central hub for restocking.

Self Contained

Each module contains integrated power generation and zonal temperature control systems, as well as additional connections for plugging in to an external power supply.

 

Bespoke air-lock access systems, and vaccine access hatches to maintain cool room temperatures where frequent access is necessary.

Progreso Group, via its own established supply chain, can manufacture modules in the UK, China, Turkey and U.S.A, however, the product could similarly be manufactured under licence and supervision, by any reputable manufacturing facility around the world.

The modules have also been designed to be sufficiently flexible on an individual component level, to overcome any potential supply chain challenges.
